Rehabilitation and exercise therapy at Valley Physical Medicine is designed to improve strength, mobility, and functional performance for patients dealing with musculoskeletal pain, post-injury limitations, or chronic conditions. Rehabilitation and exercise services are supported by Connie Leandro, DHSc, ACSM-EP and are coordinated with the treating provider’s plan of care when appropriate.
